I knew from the first beginning that I was going to end my tibia & fansite admin-carrier someday. Today, I decided and realized that I do no longer have time to play tibia and take care of my fansite.
What I have realized from all my years as a tibia player and a fansite admin is that tibia is not all about being popular or rule the world to become a king. Tibia is about getting friends, have fun and while you are doing that you’ll learn things about other nations, other people and languages. Even if you hated people from the other side of the world, you’ve learnt something from them.
Having a fansite is a lot of benefits. You will learn how to organize things (contests) and you will learn how the real world works. It’s like a little company where you hire staff, getting popular and sell things like some fansite does. So I suggest everyone that wants to do something for the community to start a fansite. Remember: Nothing is impossible!
So with this text, I’m going to stop my work on TibiaFans and thank every one of you that have helped me through all this years. Thanks!!! I’ll be on my email “admin(at)tibiafans.se” for a while so if you need or want to ask me something, just send me an email
Who knows.. maybe we are back someday? I’m not going to sell or give the files etc to someone because I’m still going to pay for the domain and server. If someone is interesting to become a Administrator & co-owner of TibiaFans I’m willing to let you do that if you sounds like the right person. Send me an email if you are interested!
From a supported fansite to a unsupported fansite..

PS: The site will still work (except for the news-update) and the forum will be up and running for those who want to have a talk.
